  When we got there, the room was filthy; peanuts under the desk, something floating in the toilet, a pong ball sitting in the floor, toilet paper ripped up on the floor, dirty mirrors, clothes left from previous guests, bobby pins under the tea and coffee basket, and un-vacuumed floors.
  The breakfast cafe was deplorable; cobwebs on the tables and windows, slow service, and cold food. The waitress, however, was very nice.
  Room service never answered the phone, nor did the housekeeping come when we asked them to come.
  The people, when we got a chance to meet them, were very kind. We enjoyed the sightseeing part of the visit. Maybe this was just a one time bad experience, maybe if we return, it'll be better.

  Nice hotel, nice rooms. Staff was incredibly friendly on check-in. We did not eat in the restaurant or anything. We would stay there again.

  Room was nice but short on details. Not enough towels or coffee (2 each provided) for a room reserved for 5. Slow to deliver sofa bed sheets when asked.
