  A shamrock chocolate chip frappe is made like this..one scoop of chocolate chip 4 pumps of mint chocolate (for a small) """mocha"" frappe mix....not caramel OK I know because I make them everyday and I drink them everyday... please train people management because they aren't making them right...

  Helpful staff. The keep the place clean. Reason for 4 stars in the lack of size and space at this location. The place is always busy and always a line to wait in .

  Rude staff. I actually have a game I came up to play with people that don't live in Bright Indiana. What we do is go to Bright McDonalds and see how much they mess our order up. Every single time without fail something will go wrong and they will refuse to fix it. One time I ordered 4 sausage burritos and they gave me sausage muffins and refused to fix my order. One time I ordered pancakes, wasn't charged for them and ended up getting them for free. It's just a gamble with these people and from what I know, that gamble isn't worth it.

  It's been hit or miss over recent years. Accuracy of orders has been a real low point with a lot of orders being incorrect or missing items you paid for. Management needs to improve, it's not the employees fault, it all comes down to management.
